Emilio Arias and Maximilien Veronico, founders of EmiRise We were born in Aix. We grew up in these streets, and we know the people who bring the city to life.
To us, there is no lovelier city: centuries of history, Mont Sainte‑Victoire on the horizon, the Luberon and the sea within easy reach. The real Provence. And yet we kept noticing two things. On one side, guests from all over the world, too rarely welcomed as they deserve. On the other, homeowners too often poorly supported in letting their property.
We created EmiRise to answer both. For guests, a stay to remember. For homeowners, a turnkey service in the hands of people who know what they are doing. Because a guest who is well received means a home that is loved, outstanding reviews and an owner at ease.
That is why our portfolio is deliberately small. We work almost exclusively by recommendation, so that every home receives the attention it deserves.
Hospitality is a craft
It is ours. We prepare every arrival and welcome our guests in person, with an intimate knowledge of Aix and of property that makes all the difference.
Day to day, Justine and Nathan work alongside us with one shared aim: that every stay is memorable and every owner is at ease.
Our housekeeping teams, local professionals from Aix, prepare every home down to the smallest detail. And around us, a little black book of winemakers, chefs and guides we know personally.
Delighted guests, happy owners: that is our only measure of success.
