Frequently asked questions

What kind of homes do you take on?

High-end apartments and villas in Aix-en-Provence and the Pays d'Aix, each of which we visit before adding it to our collection.

How are you paid?

We invoice for our services. The amount depends on the property and the services you choose; we will go through it with you when we meet.

Can I still use my home myself?

Of course. You block out whichever dates you like in the calendar, and your home is available to let the rest of the time.

My home is already listed on a booking platform. Is that a problem?

Not at all: your listing stays in your name, along with its reviews. We simply improve its photography and copy.
