3. Activity and legal framework

EmiRise carries on a concierge business: it provides services (guest welcome, key handover, cleaning, linen, assistance, additional services) for properties located in and around Aix-en-Provence.

EmiRise is neither an estate agent, nor a property manager (administrateur de biens), nor an agent acting on behalf of the owners. It does not enter into rental agreements on behalf of the owners and does not receive, hold or manage any sums paid for stays or security deposits, which are paid directly to the lessor of the property.

The properties offered for rent comply with the legal obligations applicable to furnished tourist accommodation (meublés de tourisme). For any further information on the compliance of a specific property, the Client may contact us at contact@emirise.fr.

5. Intellectual property

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Aix-en-Provence shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
