Palette is one of the smallest appellations in Provence, nestled between Aix and Mont Sainte-Victoire. At Château Henri Bonnaud, the vines stretch out at the foot of Cézanne's mountain, farmed organically.
You are welcomed to discover the cellar and the vineyards, to understand what makes this terroir so distinctive, and then to taste the estate's wines.
